The Village movement

Our church has been a supporter of the Village Network of Petaluma since its start. Our friends at the Unitarian-Universalist Congregation have been a key part of its development. Progressive Festival

Our church was represented at the Progressive Festival in Walnut Park today (8/6). Birdhouses were sold to benefit COTS and the Rev. Dr. Robert Shore-Goss sold copies of his book “God is Green”.  The sign behind his books says “We [heart] Planet Earth. We Support the Paris Accords.”

A Just World for All

The United Church of Christ has a vision of a just world for all. In this world all are welcomed, everyone is loved, and justice is inherent.  The Three Great Loves are: Love of Neighbor, Love of Children, and Love of Creation.  They work together to address the inequities in our current world.
